Bios

• Mr David

  Mr. David has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Messiah College. He was a Business Administrator at Delaware County Christian School for 25 years. David and his wife, Janet, have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He is proud to be joining his daughter, Laura, as on-site owner of The Goddard School of East Norriton.

• Miss Laura

  Miss Laura joined The Goddard School of East Norriton family as the On-Site Owner in December of 2018. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master's Degree in Education from Cabrini College. Laura was an elementary teacher for 10 years and is dedicated to supporting a strong foundation of learning for the children at her school. She and her husband, Richard, were Goddard School parents from 2014 - 2022. They value the social, emotional, and academic gains their daughters made in Goddard's care. The Goddard School was the best choice for our girls because of the safe and nurturing learning environment it provides. “We as a family are thrilled and proud to be a part of The Goddard School and are committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in the Norristown area.”

• Miss Deanna

  Miss Deanna is our Educational Director. She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College in 2003 with a degree in Psychology. She has been part of the Goddard Family since 1998. She currently has one of her three children attending Goddard School and loves being a parent at Goddard as well as the Educational Director.

• Miss Wendy

  Miss Wendy is our Assistant Director. She joined our Goddard Family in November 2007, after being a parent with two children in our school. Wendy graduated from Slippery Rock University with a BA in Fine Arts and earned her CDA in 2019. She was the Lead Teacher in First Steps for five years, as well as having been an Assistant in Infants and First Steps.

• Miss Aurora

  Miss Aurora is our Lead Bridge Teacher. She has been with our Goddard family for over 10 years. Aurora holds a CDA and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She is also a mother of three -- two daughters and a son! She is currently enrolled at Montgomery County Community College and working towards her A.A.S in Human Services. She enjoys every minute of playing and interacting with the children.

• Miss Jenna

  Miss Jenna is our Preschool Lead Teacher! She graduated from Penn State with a BA in Psychology in 2010. She began in childcare as a TSS worker, providing one-on-one behavioral support to children in elementary school. She joined the Goddard School in 2015 and worked in the Get Set room until summer 2021. In August of 2021, she and her husband welcomed their daughter, Eloise! She loves being a part of the Goddard family.

• Miss Kelly

  Miss Kelly joined us at The Goddard School of East Norriton in October 2024. Kelly is a 2013 graduate of the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School. She loves children and has been a nanny for several years. Kelly does a fantastic job bringing a loving energy to our Toddler 2 room!

• Miss Lisa

  Miss Lisa is our Lead Teacher in the Pre-K Classroom. She joined our Goddard Family in April of 2005. She completed her CDA Accreditation in 2007. Miss Lisa is passionate about instilling a love of learning in her students and preparing them for the transition to Kindergarten.

• Madeline

  Miss Maddie joined the Goddard Family in October 2025. She graduated from Millersville University in 2019 with a degree in Spanish Education and has been working with babies and children ever since. Miss Maddie loves working with children because she likes to nurture and foster creativity and teach them new life skills! She also funnels creativity into baking, crafting, and performing locally in community theaters!

• Miss Sherri

  Miss Sherri is our Lead Teacher in our Twos Classroom. She joined our Goddard Family in May of 2022, although she has spent time as a teacher here years ago. She has been working with children for a long time and she loves it very much. Her goal is to teach them to learn, grow and have fun! She married the love of her life, Rob, in 1987 and they are still going strong! They have two beautiful daughters.

• Miss Stacy

  Miss Stacy joined our Goddard Family in October of 2021. She has worked with children since she was 13 years old. When she turned 18, she proceeded with her passion to teach young minds. She is excited to teach and help your child grow! Miss Stacy graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School in 1999. She has been teaching for over 20 years. She loves to walk into a room and see the smiles on each child’s face. When she sees the spark in their eyes when she picks them up, it gives her so much joy!

• Miss Stephanie

  Miss Stephanie is our Lead Teacher in our Toddler 1 classroom. She joined our Goddard Family in January 2013. Stephanie attended Montgomery County Community College for Early Childhood Education and has her CDA credentials. She loves to watch little ones learn and wants to help them learn essential skills and build on them.

• Miss Ashley

  Miss Ashley rejoined the Goddard family in August 2022 and we're so happy to have her back! She has been in the education field for 13 years and has her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood as well as experience in the special education field as an ABA therapist. She has such a special place in her heart for children. She and her husband welcomed their first child (a boy!) in 2023. She loves to use her creative touch in the classroom.

• Miss Emily

  Miss Emily joined our Goddard family in February 2024. She is a 2019 graduate of Norristown Area High School, who enjoys working out, hiking and spending time outdoors, and drawing. She can't wait to watch the children learn while having fun!

• Miss Jessica

  Miss Jessica joined our Goddard Family in May 2022. She is in the Early Childhood Education program at Central Montco Technical High School while also taking classes at Montgomery County Community College. Miss Jessica has been working with children since 2020. She loves working with children because they always brighten her day!

• Miss Luiza

  Miss Luiza joined our Goddard family in February 2024. She is from Brazil -- her first language is Portuguese! She has lived in the US since 2021, working as an au pair and a nanny. Luiza's son, Noah also attends our school! She loves travel, and spending time with family and friends. Her love of children brought her to Goddard, and she learns so much every day she's around them.

• Morgan

  Miss Morgan joined us in June 2025 and is currently an Early Childhood Education major at Penn State University. She's always loved being around kids -- she grew up in a big, lively family full of little cousins she adores. Morgan is passionate about creating a fun, caring environment where little ones can learn, grow, and shine.

• Tamia

  Miss Tamia joined the Goddard family in March 2025. She is a 2020 graduate of Norristown High School and is currently enrolled at MCCC in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys playing board games with her family, and art. Tamia chose a career working with children because she wants to encourage children to always believe in themselves, and loves to see them learn, grow and thrive!

• Miss Hannah

  Miss Hannah joined the Goddard School in 2022 while she was attending college. She graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in Biology. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Hannah likes working with children because she enjoys seeing how much they learn in the classroom and grow throughout the year!

• Miss Kayliana

  Miss Kayliana joined The Goddard School of East Norriton in July of 2023. She is a 2022 graduate of Norristown Area High School. Miss Kayliana has been caring for children since she was 13, and she loves working with children!

• Miss Madeline

  Miss Maddie joined the Goddard School of East Norriton in 2022, but she has the unique distinction of having attended this Goddard School when she was little! She is a 2025 Public Relations graduate of Kutztown University. Maddie enjoys working at the Goddard School of East Norriton because she can bring a little bit of magic and joy to the children, like her teachers here brought to her. In her spare time, Maddie enjoys painting, going to the gym, and reading.
